Honesty and Communication
Since the core business of our company is based on the sale of rare and expensive products, we always prefer local pickup of the ordered product directly from our sales office, so that the customer has the opportunity to directly test the product and make sure that it works as described. If the customer is unable to pick up the product in person, it is our company policy to make a video of the product before shipping and demonstrate that the product is working as expected. In case of ordering more expensive products, we also offer our customers the possibility of testing the ordered product in a live video chat with our customer service. Once the customer confirms that he is satisfied with the condition of the product, the product is packed and sent to the customer. In this way, we show the customer that the product was sent in the same condition as we had stated in the product description and point out the fundamental principles of our company policy, which are honesty and open communication. It helps build trust and confidence in our products, services, and brand. Given the age of the products we deal with, we must understand that sending such products always carries a certain risk, and in the case of very expensive products, we recommend using container transport as the safest and most secure form of transport. By default, we always use the standard economy shipping method unless the customer requests a more secure type to be used. For our customers in Europe, depending on the price of the product and delivery address, we offer a special service where we personally deliver the product directly to the customer without any charge.
