How To Order

Find the items you want
You can use the quick search located in the top of every page. You can also use the navigation bar to browse all available products on site.
Add desired items to your cart
If you would like to purchase an item, click the “Add to Cart” button located on the product page. If you want to check on the items in your cart click the “My Cart” link at the top right of every page.
Proceed to checkout
View your shopping cart and make sure that you have all of the items you wish to purchase. Click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
Sign-in, create account or checkout as guest
If you have an existing audiotechnic.ch account log-in with your email and password. If you are new to audiotechnic.ch you can create an account or checkout as a guest. We highly recommend creating an account to take advantage of all of the features of our site.
Enter address information
Enter your billing and shipping address.
Choose payment method
How would you like to pay for your order? At audiotechnic.ch you can pay either by cash for in-person pickups or via a direct bank transfer.
Review and submit your order
Be sure to check the accuracy of all of the information before submitting to audiotechnic.ch. Once you have done that, check the box that you have read and agree to the website Terms & Conditions, and click “Place Order”.
Order confirmation via email
Shortly after you click “Place Order” you will receive an email confirming your order. If you do not receive an email please contact us as soon as possible.

International Orders

Import Duties and Tax
Since import taxes and/or duties that your government might impose on products shipped from abroad may apply, you (the customer), are solely responsible for shipping charges, taxes, and duties, once goods arrive in your country.

Payment Methods

PayPal
When making a PayPal payment you are temporarily transferred from our site to the secure PayPal website. No financial information, passwords, credit card numbers or personal information other than your name, email address, and shipping address is received by us. The PayPal option is not available for orders greater than CHF 2'000.
Direct Bank Transfer
You can make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be processed until the funds have cleared in our account.
Cash on Pickup
We accept cash for in-person pickups at our store location. It is unsafe to send cash through the mail.

Trust and Confidence

Product Condition Verification
We offer local pickup of the ordered product directly from our sales office so that the customer has the opportunity to directly test the product and make sure that it works as described. If the customer is unable to pick up the product in person, it is our company policy to make a video of the product before shipping and demonstrate that the product is working as expected. In case of ordering more expensive products, we also offer our customers the possibility of testing the ordered product in a live video chat with our customer service. Once the customer confirms that he is satisfied with the condition of the product, the product is packed and sent to the customer. In this way, we show the customer that the product was sent in the same condition as we had stated in the product description.
Shipping and Delivery
Given the age of the products we deal with, we have to understand that sending such products always carries a certain risk. When ordering very expensive products, we recommend the customer to use container transport as the safest and most secure form of transport. By default, we always use the standard economy shipping method unless the customer requests a more secure type to be used. For our customers in Europe, depending on the price of the product and delivery address, we offer a special service where we personally deliver the product directly to the customer without any charge.
